Habitat Inmobiliaria sells its first 97 homes in Los Ahijones, Madrid

The developer began marketing Habitat Parque Ahijones, the first new construction project in the urban development of Los Ahijones. Not only for Habitat, but for all developers. It belongs to the district of Vicálvaro and is connected to the north and south with its neighboring neighborhoods of El Cañaveral and Berrocales. The Vicálvaro RENFE interchange will be one Metro stop away, and the center of Madrid will be only 15 minutes away when using the service. Different bus lines and Bus Rapid Transit lines will run along Gran Vía del Sureste with stops planned in Los Ahijones.
