The catalogue holds more than 150,000 listings across 50 provinces of Spain: flats and apartments, houses and villas, new builds from developers, retail units, warehouses, garages and land plots. Every category comes in two modes — buy and rent — with the full set of Spanish-market parameters: floor area, bedrooms, floor, energy certificate and community fees.

Every property sits on an interactive map. You can draw the area you care about straight onto it and see only what falls inside the outline — which is more useful when the real edges of a neighbourhood matter more than the administrative district.

Listings are published by estate agencies and private owners. Each one is moderated before it goes live; duplicates of the same property are merged into a single card, and listings whose validity is not confirmed stop appearing in results.

The portal serves both sides of the market at once. Buyers and renters get a search in four languages and a match where the AI discards what does not fit before you even open the list. Estate agencies and independent agents get automatic import of their portfolio, a CRM, and enquiries from people whose requirements are already formed.

In a market like Spain, where a substantial share of transactions involves foreign buyers, being multilingual is not an add-on but a condition of doing business. The interface, the listings and support are all available in Spanish, English, Russian and Ukrainian.

A listing costs €1. Publish the whole portfolio at once and each property costs even less. We take no commission on the enquiries you receive — the price does not depend on how many clients write to you.

Properties do not have to be entered by hand. We connect an automatic import from whatever CRM the agency already runs: the portfolio is exported to the portal on its own and updates the same way, so there is less manual work and fewer stale listings. And if you have no system of your own, the portal comes with its own CRM for properties, clients and enquiry history.
