Mandarin Oriental will open new luxury serviced apartments in Madrid

Mandarin Oriental, the award-winning global luxury hospitality brand, has revealed the development of its latest residential project in Madrid. Located at the intersection of Hermosilla and Núñez de Balboa Streets, the new Mandarin Oriental Residences will feature 30 exclusive apartments, which are expected to open in January 2025.

Following the recent signing of the new management of Hotel Punta Negra in Mallorca, this will be Mandarin Oriental's second project in collaboration with Blasson, a prominent Spanish development company, and the first with Pictet Alternative Advisors (PAA), the alternative investment division of the Swiss private bank Pictet.

For its new project Mandarin Oriental has chosen the attractive Salamanca district, with its luxury shops, bars, restaurants and leisure facilities. The project was conceived by Bueso-Inchausti & Rein Arquitectos, an acclaimed architectural studio with interiors by Belén Domecq and her Studio Cosmic.

The Residences will span seven floors and feature two- and three-bedroom units, with living spaces of up to 283 square meters. Each residence will include a private balcony, while six units will have private pools, offering residents an unparalleled luxury living experience.

The owners of Mandarin Oriental Residences in Madrid will have access to a variety of exclusive services, including a residential salon, a garden, a beauty salon, a gym and an underground garage with surveillance. For those looking to relax from the city life within the city, the apartments will feature indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, spa treatment rooms and changing rooms.

"We are happy to present Mandarin Oriental Residences in Madrid, which will set a new standard for luxury living in one of the most exciting destinations in Europe," said James Riley, Group CEO of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.
