New purchase of Vía Ágora in Andalusia: 5,404 m2 for social housing

Via Ágora continues its expansion in Seville. The developer has made an investment of 23.5 million euros on a plot of 5,404 square meters, with a buildability of 18,914 square meters in the Dos Hermanas municipality. Strategically located on Rafael Escudero Rodríguez Avenue in the new Entrenúcleos neighborhood, these lands have been acquired for the purpose of building 208 social housing units. As reported on its website, the company plans to start the works in the second quarter of next year.

This is not Vía Ágora's first foray into the Entrenúcleos area. In September 2021, the company acquired other land in the same district to build an additional development of 278 2- and 3-bedroom homes, also intended for official protection.

Patricia Hernández, CEO of Vía Ágora, emphasized the company's commitment to "facilitating access to housing through promotions that prioritize sustainability and energy efficiency, thus satisfying the demand for social housing present in the Andalusian capital."

Via Ágora, founded in 2007 and specialized in the management and development of real estate assets. In September of this year, it partnered with Bankinter Investment, the subsidiary dedicated to investment, to create a new residential vehicle for rent. This new project, called Palatino Residencial, plans to invest one billion euros in the coming years to form a portfolio of 6,000 homes.
