Caterina expands its presence in Madrid with the opening of its fourth building: 31 flex living apartments in the Retiro area.

Caterina reinforces its commitment to Madrid by inaugurating its new building, called 'Pacífico', in the Spanish capital, which will add 31 flex rental apartments to the city's residential offer. With this initiative, located in the El Retiro district, the number of units being marketed nationwide doubles compared to the end of last year. 

The Pacifico building, located at number 89, Avenida Ciudad de Barcelona, is in the vicinity of Atocha station and the Madrid Sur bus station. It is also strategically located near one of the most important business areas of the city and in the vicinity of emblematic places such as the Reina Sofía Museum, the Prado and the Puerta de Alcalá. This property, which was completely refurbished in 2015, has common areas and a communal pool. 

Specifically, Caterina Pacifico offers two studios, three one-bedroom apartments, eleven two-bedroom apartments and fifteen three-bedroom apartments. In addition, six duplexes, both one- and three-bedroom, and three penthouse apartments are included. The offer is especially suited to medium-term stays, as the apartments are equipped with specific furnishings to meet the needs of working at home. With this latest project, the operator surpasses the 300-apartment mark in commercialization throughout the country. 

Caterina Pacifico represents the fourth building in service in Madrid and the 22nd nationwide. By 2024, the brand has already announced new additions, with the goal of fulfilling the company's expansion plan and consolidating its position as the leading operator of half-stay apartments in entire buildings in Spain. Caterina Pacifico exemplifies the flex living concept that the company has adopted as its business model. 

This model is based on serviced apartments with a home-like feel designed for medium-term stays, meeting the expectations of both relocating professionals and guests seeking ideal urban locations to combine work and leisure. The firm's recent alliance with Meridia Capital Partners represents a significant endorsement from a leading alternative investment manager in Spain, with more than 1 billion euros in assets under management.
