D&G jump into the last car of real estate projects with a luxury complex in Marbella

After the health crisis, several renowned brands have decided to venture into the world of construction: Roberto Cavalli and Diesel have announced the creation of apartments with their seal in Dubai and the United States, Bvlgari and Armani are expanding their presence in different countries, and Lamborghini has presented its luxurious villas in the United Arab Emirates and Marbella. Now, Dolce & Gabbana are joining this list of prestigious brands that are venturing into the real estate market.

In its most exclusive residential project to date, called Design Hills Marbella, the famous Italian fashion brand promises to bring its unmistakable style to the beautiful Costa del Sol. This uniquely designed complex will feature five buildings of 92 stunning apartments ranging from 280 to 900 square meters. 

In collaboration with Sierra Blanca Estate, Dolce & Gabbana has invested 250 million euros in this project. Excluding the value of the land, which has been in the possession of the Marbella developer for two decades, it is estimated that the total cost of the project would be about 150 million euros. The prices of the apartments range from three to 20 million euros, with some exceptional units that far exceed the latter figure, since the personalized requests of the clients are taken into account.

The design of these homes has been a priority for Domenico Dolce, who has been involved in the design process and selection of materials. The distinctive colors and patterns characteristic of the Italian brand will be present in every detail, in addition, all homes will be fully furnished with exclusive creations by Dolce & Gabbana Casa. 

With the participation of Fresh Architectures for the facade, Storage Milano for the interiors and The One Atelier as the main design and coordination studio, each apartment in Design Hills Marbella will have master bedrooms with dressing rooms and private bathrooms with sea views. In addition, the homes will have massage and makeup rooms, elevators, spacious living and dining rooms that open to private outdoor spaces with views of the coast, rooftop terraces with swimming pools and solariums, staff outbuildings and entertainment rooms.

Those who buy a property in Dolce&Gabbana Marbella will be able to enjoy a wide range of exclusive services, such as a gym, infinity pools, golf simulators, spa with beauty center, hairdresser and barber shop. The owners will also have access to a private club that has a cinema room, wine cellar, cigar cellar and bar, among other exclusive facilities.

The sale process officially began at the beginning of September, but there was already a waiting list of almost fifty people, mostly foreigners, eager to acquire one of these coveted homes. Although a construction company has not yet been selected, the pilot is expected to be ready in 2025 and the complex will be completely finished a year later.

The objective of this project is to turn the area into a new meeting point on the Golden Mile of Marbella, merging the luxury residential lifestyle with a wide range of shops, restaurants and art galleries. Sierra Blanca Estate, the developer behind this project, is also developing other projects in collaboration with renowned brands such as Fendi and Karl Lagerfeld, in order to create a unique and exclusive environment in this prestigious area..
