Habitat Inmobiliaria Adds 153 New Homes to its Offering in Seville

Habitat Inmobiliaria has unveiled its latest residential proposal in the province of Seville: the seventh development, known as Habitat Ribera de Gelves. This new development will consist of 154 homes offering two- to four-bedroom options, all of which come with spacious terraces. 

Among the outstanding amenities are the common areas, which will include two swimming pools (one for adults and one for children), a multi-sports court, a social lounge and a versatile multi-purpose space. Strategically located on the banks of the Guadalquivir River, in the consolidated area of Aljarafe, less than 10 kilometers from Seville, the development offers an ideal setting. The surrounding area has a variety of services such as pharmacies, supermarkets, stores, schools and sports schools. In addition, the proximity to the Alavera Parque Comercial and the extensive Parque Municipal de los Manantiales provides additional services and ample green areas. 

Accessibility is another strong point of the development, as it is located in the vicinity of a bike path and has good public transport connections. Likewise, access by car is facilitated via the SE-30 and the A-49, and the San Juan Bajo metro stop is within walking distance.
