The renowned real estate developer, Habitat Inmobiliaria, has formalized a strategic alliance with Aenor, the leading entity in quality and sustainability certifications, with the aim of driving a real shift towards sustainability in the real estate sector.

This collaboration was announced by the company in a recent statement. Under this groundbreaking agreement, both companies will undertake specific initiatives ranging from design and construction phases to the day-to-day use of buildings, emphasizing the importance of materials used in each project. An initial milestone in this collaboration is the attainment of the Sustainable Building certification, marking the commitment of both entities to a comprehensive approach to sustainability.
