Neinor Homes to invest 229 million in new construction projects in Málaga

Neinor Homes has consolidated its position in Malaga with 1,614 deliveries in the last five years, and will have new construction projects in the future. The developer's Strategic Plan includes the capital of the Costa del Sol as one of the key regions to fulfill its plan with the launch of 446 homes in 2023 and a portfolio of 816 units being marketed.

In the last five years it has delivered a total of 1,614 homes in the province distributed in: 1,026 properties in Málaga, 177 in Marbella, 291 in Estepona and 120 in Benahavís.

It also announced the marketing of new developments: Botanik Homes in Malaga, Santa Clara Homes in Marbella and Bayside Homes in Estepona. This month the developer delivers Artola Homes II in Marbella as one of the most exclusive, and Atria and Serena Homes III in Malaga.

The new projects promised for the next three years will generate a total of 490 direct jobs and 735 indirect jobs.

The INE reports that Malaga has seen an 8% growth in the foreign population in the last two years. At the same time, an increase in the search for second homes by foreign clients. Neinor Homes has stated that the new developments are intended to meet the needs of both national and international buyers interested in the Costa del Sol.

Among the projects we can mention some of them.

Botanik Homes is a residential project with 193 homes from 1 to 4 bedrooms distributed in a building of 6 floors + penthouse. It is located in the area of Avenida de los Guindos in Malaga and is well connected to the promenade and the beach of La Misericordia.

Atria Homes II is a project in the neighborhood of Cañaveral with 3 and 4 bedroom villas with swimming pool and communal green areas. It is just a few minutes from Teatinos, the University of Malaga, the University Hospital Virgen de la Victoria, the Consul or El Atabal. 

Serena Homes is a project of 179 homes with common areas and beach-type swimming pools, children's aquatic games and a multipurpose gourmet room, all integrated in its more than 20,000 m2 of green areas.

In addition, Neinor Homes is also investing in Arroyo Enmedio, the urban development area in Estepona, where it is marketing its 41-home Bayside Homes residential project.
