Tierra Viva: exclusive luxury villas created in collaboration with Lamborghini

In the heart of the stunning hills of Andalusia, Automobili Lamborghini, in partnership with the international luxury real estate company Dar Global, has inspired the design of the exclusive complex Tierra Viva, located in the village of Benahavis, just a 10-minute drive from Marbella.

Tierra Viva, Lamborghini's first residential project in Europe, features 53 large individual villas inspired by designs of iconic supercars. Located at different levels, the villas offer panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The complex has three different types of villas: Diamond, Sapphire and Emerald. The initial price of each one is 4 million euros. All villas will have 4-6 bedrooms, elevator, CCTV security system, direct access for cars, a rooftop swimming pool, multiple terraces and a large garden. The interiors are decorated with high-end finishes inspired by the Lamborghini conceptual style: clean dynamic lines, a combination of minimalism and luxury, high-quality finish..

The strategic location of the complex, which is expected to be delivered in 2-3 years, offers residents easy access to various points of interest, such as the beach, Puerto Banús, the Marbella Club Golden Mile and the Marbella Marina.
