Aedas Homes and Century 21 Spain join forces to market 2000 homes on the coast

Aedas Homes has announced an exciting partnership with Century 21 Spain to sell more than 2,000 homes on the Spanish coast. The main objective of this strategic collaboration is to offer a wide range of housing options to residents of Madrid and foreigners living in the capital, who wish to enjoy the coast and all its wonders.

The properties, distributed in different locations such as Alicante, Denia, Javea, Rincón de la Victoria, Marbella, Estepona, Llucmajor, Palma de Mallorca and Fuengirola, represent all types of properties in order to satisfy the needs and tastes of all buyers. The cheapest one has a price of 150,000 euros, while the most expensive ones reach prices of one or two million.

These homes are "of the highest quality, sustainable and innovative and are located in the best coastal enclaves of Levante, the Balearic Islands and the Costa del Sol," as highlighted in a statement issued by the allied companies.

Mention must be made that the clients of the alliance will be able to live an experience of the Aedas Homes flagship, a 1,300 m2 space opened last year in the Salamanca district of Madrid. The highlight of this flagship is the 360º immersive room, where users will be able to immerse themselves in the environment of the home they are interested in before purchasing it, visualizing every detail, and interacting with the home automation of their future home.
