Nerva, AEDAS Homes' new project, receives an investment of 50 million euros

The Nerva residential project, the new AEDAS Homes project of 195 homes in Denia, Alicante, will receive an investment of 50 million euros. With 16% of the work certification completed, including the structure and slab of the penthouse, the Nerva project is already underway and is starting to become a reality. SanJosé Constructora is completing construction at a good pace to meet the April 2024 deadline.

According to Azucena Esperanza, manager of AEDAS Homes Developments in Valencia, who is responsible for Nerva, "the project has generated great interest, as demonstrated by the high level of marketing - 35% of the homes have already been sold". He adds that the profiles of buyers and interested parties include a national public, especially from Madrid (also from Valencia, Catalonia, and Alicante), with an average age of 51 and looking for a second home. And also clients of European origin, mainly from Poland and the Netherlands.

A historic project

The company's new project in Denia stands out for its exceptional location, both centrally located and close to the sea, as well as for the distinctive features of the Nerva building, which integrate and protect the Victorian building La Senia de Oliver and the Islamic wall of Atarazanas (12th century).

The Nerva development will consist of 195 homes with 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms with a terrace, garage, and storage room, as well as some 9,000 square meters of outdoor communal areas and extensive gardens designed by the renowned landscape architect Gustavo Marina. These areas will include a 400 m2 swimming pool with a variety of environments, including a splash zone, play area, and swimming lane, as well as a gymnasium, social club, co-working space, and other amenities.

Another of the project's many attractions is its good connections. The marina is located very close to Nerva, in the municipality of Alicante, and from there it is easily accessible to the AP-7 or the N-322 via various roads, such as the CV-725. This will allow its residents' quick access to places such as Javea, Oliva, Calpe, or Ganda, says Azucena Esperanza.

The fourth project in the Marina Alta municipality

After Marina Real, made up of Marina Real I, Marina Real II and Marina Real III, where a total of approximately 700 homes have already been built, the first two have been delivered and sold (80 and 155 units, respectively), which demonstrates the company's sales capacity and the quality of its homes. The developer has therefore already sold more than 300 properties in the Marina Alta municipality, including more than 100 in Marina Real III, which will be delivered shortly. With Nerva, around 200 properties are now on the market, which means that in the next few years AEDAS Homes will deliver around 400 homes in Denia.
