New Acciona projects in Costa Ballena, Cádiz

All of Acciona's new real estate projects are developed based on the idea of Espacios Vivos, which includes ecological and efficient housing. The homes will be delivered with the international Breeam certification for environmentally friendly construction methods.

In addition to the 168 homes already built in Costa Ballena, Acciona's real estate division will build two new projects - Natura Costa Ballena (123 homes) and Los Enebros (160 homes), thus strengthening the company's position in the Andalusian property market.

Natura Costa Ballena consists of blocks of flats with two to four bedrooms and penthouses with two and three bedrooms. Sevillian studio Buró 4 Arquitectos has designed the development, located in the new Costa Ballena, opposite Las Tres Piedras beach. Work will begin this summer and delivery is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2024.

Los Enebros, which will begin construction at the end of this year, is a residential complex made up of three-s homes, consisting of ground floors with private gardens and penthouses with terraces. The complex consists of blocks arranged like villas between plots of natural gardens. The project was designed by Bakpak Architects, winner of the Andalusia Architecture Award 2022.

Acciona has recently built a residential complex in Costa Ballena comprising 168 homes and more than 25,000 square meters of landscaped areas. The third phase of the complex, comprising the last 52 homes to be delivered this year, is currently on the market.

The company is also creating a new destination in the Vistahermosa area of Puerto de Santamaría, which will include a residential area, branded flats and a hotel managed by a renowned international company. The construction of the apartment complex is at an advanced stage; more than 70% of the flats have already been sold and the facilities are scheduled for completion in the first half of 2024. The hotel aims to consolidate itself as a holiday destination "365 days a year" and attract numerous guests from all over the world.

The provinces of Seville, Malaga and Cadiz are of particular interest to Acciona. Thus, in addition to the projects on the Cadiz coast, 206 flats and single-family homes are currently under construction in Marbella and Casares (Malaga).
